Bolzano (Bozen) | Full-time | Salary: 28K to 35K EUR gross per year

YOUR TASKS:
•    Act as a contact person for selected international distributors
•    Support daily communication on sales and supply chain topics
•    Handle and monitor sales and purchase orders
•    Coordinate deliveries and follow up on payments
•    Prepare presentations, offers, and reports
•    Maintain price lists and sales statistics
•    Support the organization of meetings and showroom activities
•    Assist with incoming requests from customers and partners
•    Contribute to identifying new business opportunities

REQUIREMENTS:
•    Experience in commercial or administrative role
•    Confident communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
•    Structured and reliable way of working
•    Comfortable working with numbers and data
•    Good knowledge of Excel is an advantage
•    Experience with ERP systems (e.g. MS Dynamics Nav) is a plus
