How can I log in to my customer account?
It's easy: You'll find the login link at the top right of the page. If you're already registered, you can log in there and place your order with Reusch using your user account.
How can I open a customer account?
To open a customer account, click on the user icon at the top right of the page. Alternatively, you can first add your items to the shopping cart and then register during the ordering process.
How can I change my personal information?
To change your personal data, please log in to your customer account. There you will find all the information stored. You can find the login for your customer account here.
What happens if I forget my password?
No problem – you can request a new password here by entering your email address.
Ordering, Shipping & Packaging
What are the shipping costs at Reusch?
All prices listed at Reusch include VAT and packaging, excluding shipping costs.
Shipping costs are a flat rate of €4.99 per order within Germany for orders up to €50.00. Delivery is free of charge for orders with a total value of €50.00 or more.
We currently only deliver to addresses within the European Union and to private individuals.
We do not charge a minimum order surcharge for small orders

Is express shipping available?
We offer DHL Express shipping within Germany for an additional surcharge of €8.00 on top of the standard shipping costs.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Unfortunately, personal collection of orders is not possible.
Can I place an order by phone?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders by phone.
How long does shipping normally take?
Your goods will be shipped within 1–2 days of receiving your order. We generally deliver quickly, but depending on DHL’s workload, it can take up to 3 business days.
Payment, Cancellation & Returns
Which payment options do I have?

How can I cancel my order?
As a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from your contract within fourteen days without giving any reason for orders placed in our online shop.

How can I return my order?
To return your order, you can contact us at any time by email. We will then send you a return label. We will cover the costs of the return shipment.
