Choose gloves that suit the playing surface, weather conditions, and your needs. Pay attention to the grip, technologies, finger protection, and cut for optimal comfort and performance.
Before First Use: Wash
Thoroughly wash the palm of the glove with lukewarm water before using it for the first time. This is the only way to remove manufacturing residues and ensure the grip material performs at its best.
Moisten the grip before the game
Lightly moisten your gloves before the game. For Aqua grips, activate them 1–2 hours beforehand with lukewarm water for optimal grip throughout the entire game.
After the game: Clean the gloves
Clean your gloves after every game with warm water (max. 35°C) to remove dirt. Important: Never wash in the washing machine or use harsh detergents!
Let them air dry gently
Always let your gloves air dry slowly. Direct heat, such as from radiators or direct sunlight, can damage the material and shorten its lifespan.
Store properly
Store your gloves in a cool, dry, and dark place. Protect them from direct sunlight and neon lights, as UV radiation makes the latex porous and brittle.
Natural wear and tear is normal
Signs of wear are normal for soft grips and do not indicate a quality defect. Grip and cushioning remain intact until the grips are completely worn out—use them to the fullest!
Always check the care label on your gloves. In general, we do not recommend washing them, as this can compromise the material’s properties. Use a damp cloth to clean them.
Let them Air dry gently
Always let your gloves air dry slowly. Keep them away from heaters or direct heat sources to prevent material damage and a shorter lifespan.
Taking care of leather
Clean leather gloves only with a damp cloth. After drying, treat them with leather grease or care wax. This increases the leather’s durability and suppleness.
Proper storage
Store your gloves in a cool, dark, and dry place. Protect them from direct UV radiation (sunlight, neon lights), as this can damage the material.
preventing damage
Avoid opening your ski bindings with the palm of your hand or holding skis by their sharp edges. Instead, use your ski pole to avoid cuts and damage.
Important wearing tips
Use the integrated storm cord on many of our gloves, which you can easily secure around your wrist. An additional storm cord can also be attached to the small loop on the inside of the cuff.
