Shipping
We use DHL as the delivery method for all European countries.
Shipping cost is set to 4,99 EUR. Free shipping is available for order values above 50 EUR.
We can currently only deliver to addresses within the European Union and only to individuals.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with the goods we have delivered, you have the option to return your ordered items within 14 days. Please find further information regarding the return of goods here.The right to return does not exist for goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications, i.e. non- prefabricated goods made on the basis of an individual choice of or decision by the consumer or are clearly personalized (such as your name was printed on the product).
