General questions

To which countries do we deliver?
At the moment we are only selling to customers from the European Union. If you are visiting our website from a country outside the European Union you see all our products, but unfortunately you cannot order them.
 
But hopefully you will find your Reusch Product at a retailer in your country.
Where can I find my customer account?
You can find your personal customer account in the right top navigation at the flag "My Account" or click the button to get to the login page.

What can I do with the search?
To search the Reusch online shop simply type in any search term, product name or number in the panel in the header of the shop.
What purpose serves the favorites?
In the favorites you can save products without add them to your basket directly. Simply click the star-symbol at the article of you choice in the article-list or the article-card and add the product to your favorite-list.
From you favorite-list you have direct access to the article without having to search in the online shop.
How does an order work?
Our offer is binding. With your order you make a binding offer to us to conclude the contract with you. The contract is concluded with the dispatch of your order to us. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

If you have found the product you are looking for, you can view it without obligation by clicking on the product name or the product image. By clicking the button [add to cart] you can put the article in the shopping cart. You can view the contents of the shopping cart at any time by clicking the button [shopping cart] without obligation. You can remove the products from the shopping cart by clicking on the graphic [empty cart] or change the quantity with [+/-]. If you want to buy the products in your shopping cart, click on the button [Checkout] on the page "Shopping cart".

In the course of the further order process you set up with your first purchase optionally a customer account with us and select the dispatch as well as the payment method. In the last step, you will receive an overview of your order data under "Confirmation" and can check all details again and delete or change them under [back] or [change address]. You can also correct input errors by navigating backwards in the browser or canceling the order process and starting over. To complete the purchase, you must accept our terms and conditions and press the [Buy] button. This will send the order to us.

We save your order and the entered order data. We will send you an order confirmation by e-mail and then an order confirmation with all order details.

You also have the option to print both the order and the terms and conditions before submitting the order to us. If you have created a customer account with us, you always have access to the orders you have made.
Which payment options do I have?
PayPal
If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected directly to the PayPal website. You can then easily and securely pay with your e-mail address and password. Your PayPal account will be debited directly with the amount of your shopping cart and you will receive a confirmation of the payment by e-mail. PayPal is the market leader in online payments. When paying via PayPal, your bank or credit card details are securely stored at PayPal and will not be transmitted to third parties. Your data is additionally protected by TLS encryption (successor to SSL). You will receive an email confirmation for each of your transactions, and you will always have an overview of all your account activity.

Credit card
We accept the major credit cards Mastercard and Visa. Your credit card will only be charged when we have handed over your order to our shipping service provider.

AMAZON PAY
During the ordering process you will be forwarded to the online provider Amazon's website before completing the ordering process in our online shop. In order to process the ordering process via Amazon and pay the invoice amount, you must be registered there or register first and identify yourself with your access data. There, you may confirm the delivery address and payment method stored with Amazon and confirm the use of your data by Amazon and the payment instructions to us. After this, you will be returned to our online shop, where you may complete the ordering process. Directly after the order, we request Amazon to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by Amazon. You will receive additional information during the ordering process.
What can I do if my size is not available?
If your size is not available on our website, please contact us by sending us an email at service@reusch.com.

Our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible and provide you with the information if/and when the style will be available in your size.

Questions to your customer account

How do I open a customer account?
You can simply create your personal customer account in the order process by clicking the radio button "New customer". After that you can login to your customer account with your e-mail address and your personal password on the register "My Account".
Which benefits do I have with a customer account?
After you have registered you will get to your personal area inside the shop. There you will find an overview at your customer account.

In this area you can easily change your billing address.

Get insight in your shipping addresses, change them or simply create new ones.

I forgot my password. What can I do now?
In case that you forgot your password you can easily request a new password. All you have to do is fill in your e-mail address that you use for your personal customer account at the Reusch online shop and we are going to send you an e-mail with further steps.

My Storm Leash has broken off. What now?
Depending on where you bought your Reusch gloves, please follow one of these two procedures:

If you bought your product from one of our retail partners, get in touch with the store. They will inspect the problem, replace the leash with a new one and explain how to fix it to the glove.

If you bought your product on reusch.com, please contact our customer service at service@reusch.com who will inspect the problem, replace the leash with a new one and explain how to fix it to the glove.

If you bought your product from one of our retail partners, contact the store for any eventual product-related problem. Our retail partners know about the procedure and will be happy to help you.
