We are happy to inform you about successes in winter sports all the time. But we don't only want to talk about the famous. That's why we want to take the chance today, to tell you the story of 13 year old Lincoln from Canada, Fredericton, New Brunswick, who takes part in different national and international Ski races with his "Lucky gloves" from Reusch.

This is a part of the email, in which his father told us the secret of the "Lucky gloves"...

... I thought you may find this photograph of my son racing in Amqui Quebec, Canada interesting. He is 13years old and for the last 3 years of his racing, he wears only his "lucky" race gloves. I thought it may be of interest to you as these gloves must be at least 17 years old - they were originally purchased as a part of my wife's Ski instructor gear, but were handed down to my son Lincoln. These "lucky" gloves have been with him through a very successful young racing career and have been with him when he represented Canada (team Canada) Last year at the International Ski Race - Whistler Cup as well at ever race that he has competed in regionally here in Atlantic Canada.

The reason I have taken the time to send you this note, is if you look at the photograph (taken by a professional photographer at the race) is a 1 in a million shot where the lettering (Reusch) from one glove, runs to the other glove - completing your company name.. Just thought this picture and the fact that your gloves from many, many years ago are still going strong and Lincoln will not race without them. Thought it might give you a chuckle.
