Rubens Fernando Moedim, better known under the nickname "Rubinho", a 25 years old goalkeeper hailing from San Paulo, Brazil, signed today a contract with Reusch, sealing a cooperation enduring since he crossed the Atlantic to join the glorious Genoa Cricket and Football Club 1893, helping the historic team to reach Serie A on the last season.
Rubinho is belonging to the emergent Brazilian goalkeeper school, following the footprints of his fellow-countrymen Dida and Julio Cesar in Italy, and he already displayed good technical skills altogether with a great attitude on the pitch.
“My dream has become true” sentenced Rubinho whilst signing the contract “since Dida handed me a pair of his gloves I always dreamt to become a Reusch testimonial as well one day”.
