SSC NAPOLI CHOOSES REUSCH FOR ALEX MERET

ITALY'S FUTURE WEARS REUSCH GOALKEEPER GLOVES!

With only 21 years of age, a very positive first Serie A season on his back, the first call-up to the Italian National Team in his pocket and his transfer to Italian top-team SSC Napoli, Alex Meret is without a doubt Italy’s goalkeeper of the future!

After having trusted in Reusch goalkeeper gloves throughout his youth years, Reusch is extremely proud to announce the agreement with SSC Napoli, which manages the image rights of the player, and the cooperation with Alex Meret on a long-term basis.
“I want and need to have the best product available – that’s why Reusch has always been my glove choice number one! In my opinion they simply have the best fit, the best grip and the coolest designs! I’m very happy about our cooperation and I’m extremely excited to be back on the pitch as goalkeeper of SSC Napoli with my new Reusch gloves.”

Alex Meret
“Alex has always impressed us not only with his exceptional goalkeeping skills but as well with his very clear and focused personality – despite his still very young age. We are extremely proud to have Alex on board and are convinced that this is going to be a very successful cooperation. We would as well like to thank SSC Napoli for their highly professional approach and direct communication that made signing the contract possible.”

Erich Weitzmann, Reusch CEO

“The agreement with Reusch is a further example of how the club is actively working on its strategy of players' image rights, in order to valorise them to the maximum and always tie our talents to market leading brands and products of extreme quality. In its product category Reusch is certainly one of the most successful and specialized companies, and exactly for this reason we are already studying together with Reusch further collaborations and initiatives for our fans.”
